JUDY NAMED EASTERN REGION SALES MANAGER FOR OHIO LOGISTICS
OF WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS IN OHIO
BELLEFONTE, Pa. -- Dec. 10 -- “Brian L. Judy has been named Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Ohio Logistics it was announced today by Charles Bills, president of the company.
Ohio Logistics has logistics facilities in Pennsylvania and New York. Mr. Judy will provide operational and marketing support for both facilities. In Pennsylvania, Penn Centre Logistics has 200,000 square feet of warehouse space in Bellefonte and 130,000 square feet of warehouse space in State College. Southern Tier Logistics has a 408,000 square foot facility in Erwin, and a 200,000 square foot facility in Elmira New York.
"Mr. Judy has over 20 years of logistics experience, and he will be calling on companies that need complete logistical services including storage and shipping full pallets or pick and pack services," Mr. Bills explained.

OHIO LOGISTICS EXPANDS WAREHOUSE OPERATION IN OTTAWA
FINDLAY, Ohio, Oct. 26—Ohio Logistics, which opened a warehouse in Ottawa last year in July, has expanded its operation there to 290,000 square feet, it was announced today by Charles Bills, president of the company.
Ohio Logistics originally operated out of 200,000 square feet of space located at 615 Agner Rd. that was formerly occupied by L.G. Philips. It has now moved into a 90,000 square foot building that was also part of L.G. Philips and fronts on Pratt St.
Jeff Loehrke, Village of Ottawa Community Development Director, said, “Five years ago the Village of Ottawa was reeling from the loss of jobs at the old L.G. Philips facility and wondering what the future would hold.
“Thanks to quality companies, like Ohio Logistics and its investment in our community, the future looks promising. We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Ohio Logistics and its affiliates.”
Mr. Bills said the expansion will add 15 jobs.

ARMSTRONG NAMED GENERAL MANAGER AT SOUTHERN TIER LOGISTICS
ERWIN, NY, Oct. 13--John A. Armstrong has been named General Manager of Southern Tier Logistics, a warehousing, distribution, and transportation company which is just moving into a new 408,000-square foot facility here, is was announced today by Charles Bills, president of the parent company, Ohio Logistics.
Southern Tier Logistics is a member of the Ohio Logistics family which is one of the nation’s largest privately held logistics firms. It provides innovative logistics services to customers with global logistics requirements.
Ohio Logistics operates over 3 million square feet of warehouse space in New York, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Ohio where it has facilities in four Ohio communities. Its Transportation Group operates its own fleet of trucks.
Mr. Armstrong joins Southern Tier Logistics from Corning, Inc. where he served in the transportation department for 15 years. He is a 1986 graduate of Robert Morris University’s Transportation and Logistics program earning a BS degree in transportation. He previously held transportation assignments with Roadway Package Systems; The New York, Susquehanna and Western Railway; and for Morrison Knudsen Corp.
Before moving to Erwin, Southern Tier Logistics had operated out of leased space in the Center of Horseheads for the last several years.
PENN CENTRE LOGISTICS EXPANDS IN STATE COLLEGE
BELLEFONTE, Pa., Aug. 11--Penn Centre Logistics, which operates a major warehousing and distribution center here, has expanded its operations by occupying the former Corning Asahi facility in State College.
Penn Centre Logistics is part of the Ohio Logistics family, and Charles Bills, president of the company, said Penn Centre will now operate 200,000 square feet in Bellefonte and 130,000 square feet in State College. The additional space will service existing customers.
Mr. Bills also announced that David Bills has been named general manager of Penn Centre and will be responsible for the operation of both facilities.
In addition to providing warehousing and distribution services, Penn Centre provides customers in Pennsylvania global logistics, shipping, and transportation services. It provides document storage and destruction services as well.

OHIO LOGISTICS PURCHASES TWO BUILDINGS OWNED BY MARATHON
FINDLAY, Ohio, July 1--Ohio Logistics, a locally based warehousing and logistics firm, has recently purchased two buildings located in southwest Findlay from the Marathon Oil Company, it was announced today by Charles Bills, president of Ohio Logistics.
The buildings, a small warehouse building and a former maintenance garage, are located on a triangle of land bordered by Lima Ave., Lake Cascades Parkway, and State Route 15.
Mr. Bills said he is moving the entire operations of the company’s Document Service Company into the warehouse building. The building address is 1001-1005 Lima Ave., but access to the building is from Lake Cascade Parkway. DSC currently occupies space in an Ohio Logistics warehouse in the Tall Timbers International Business Community.
“Our records retention business is growing significantly, and we needed additional space, Mr. Bills explains. “We will add three people to the DSC staff. This will free up valuable warehouse space for us at the Tall Timbers facility.”

OHIO LOGISTICS BREAKS GROUND ON WILLARD WAREHOUSE
WILLARD, Ohio, July 1--Ohio Logistics, one of the nation’s largest privately held logistics firms, has broken ground on a new warehouse facility in the Willard Industrial Center, it was announced today by Charles Bills, president of the Findlay based company.
Ohio Logistics had operated a small warehouse in a spec building on the property. The new facility will be 100,000 square feet and designed to provide high quality warehouse and distribution services to a local customer.
Mr. Bills said he expects to occupy the building before the end of the year.

SOUTHERN TIER LOGISTICS MOVES INTO NEW ERWIN FACILITY
ERWIN, NY, July 1--Southern Tier Logistics is moving its warehouse facilities into a new 408,000 square foot facility located in Erwin. The move began at the first of the month and expected to be completed this summer.

OHIO LOGISTICS INCREASES SIZE
OF WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS IN OHIO
FINDLAY, Ohio -- Aug.25, 2005 -- Ohio Logistics, a Findlay based firm, has increased its warehouse space in Ohio to about 1.5 million square feet with a lease-to-purchase
agreement for two warehouse buildings in Fostoria.
Charles Bills, president of Ohio Logistics, said the agreement provides his company with
about 800,000 square feet in the former Quality Farm and Fleet and Exel Logistics
buildings on Jones Road in Fostoria.
He said there is 588,000 square feet available in the former Quality Farm and Fleet
building and 486,000 square feet in the Excel building. Another company currently uses
about 180,000 square feet in the Excel building and may need more space in the future.
Ohio Logistics currently has warehousing and logistics operations in Findlay and Willard,
Ohio. It also has warehouses and logistics operations in Indiana, Pennsylvania, and New
York. It operates its own transportation group and owns the Document Service Company
which provides storage and document services.
Mr. Bills said both buildings in Fostoria are in excellent condition, have modern fire
prevention systems, and refurbished offices. It will, he said, enable Ohio Logistics to
provide first class service to its customers. The former Farm and Fleet building was built
just a few years ago, and the Excel building has been extensively remodeled. Both have
excellent docking facilities. Rail service is available at the site.
Ohio Logistics is already using the facilities to service two customers who will utilize
over half of the available space. He said about 30 employees are expected to be working
at the Fostoria Division.
Mr. Bills said he will work with Tony Allen, executive director of the Fostoria Economic
Development Corp., to extend the Tall Timbers Foreign Trade Zone to include the
Fostoria facility as soon as possible. Ohio Logistics currently has two buildings in the
zone in Findlay.
