Sorting
We can provide Quality Assurance people for any location on any shift to root out non-conforming parts. Our people are experienced with plastics, castings, stampings, rubber, glass, and assemblies. Even if your need for support is for just one suspect shipment, our people can provide support with visual and/or dimensional checks. Client-specific reports are available for short- and long-term projects. If requested, we can provide work instructions for each part created with digital imaging for customer sign-off.
Inspection
We offer the capability to provide in-depth inspection services when necessary. A thorough inspection of parts can be done using gauges, fixtures, blueprint comparisons, or custom tools. As with all of our services, detailed work instructions and reporting are available.
Rework
We can provide timely product rework services with minimal notice. Where applicable, reworked products can be returned to conforming status, saving time and cost. Procedures and tooling are to be provided by the customer.
Containment - CSI
Offering reliability and continuity is most important when isolating non-conforming product at a supplier facility. We understand the critical nature of a 100 percent sort prior to the product reaching its final destination. If needed, we can provide warehouse locations convenient to the intended shipping route to relieve floor congestion.
MBDS
Working with MBDS, Ohio Logistics can provide such value added services as inspection, contract packaging, and light assembly, while meeting private and government procurement agency requirements for Veteran and Woman and/or Minority Business Content. MBEs is ISO 9001 certified.
Benchmark National Corporation (BNC) is an ISO 9001:2000 registered company that specializes in outsourced inspection, rework, sorting, and containment. With our location in the Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center, we cater to many Ohio Logistic customers, local manufacturers, and companies throughout the world.
Benchmark National can provide our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our people are experienced with plastics, castings, stampings, rubber, glass and assemblies. Even if your need for support is for just one suspect shipment, our inspectors can provide support with visual and/or dimensional checks. Client specific reports are available for short- and long-term projects. We will even create work instructions using digital imaging technology.
Founded in 1992, BNC is the light industrial and physical inspection arm of Benchmark Technologies Corporation, a Toledo-based firm established in 1980. Benchmark provides technical services, such as quality system consulting, process improvement, and training. We also work with companies to locate technical staffing to fill temporary and fulltime positions.
In addition to our warehouse facilities, we provide on-site support at customer locations out of our Findlay and Toledo locations. This service is also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our goal is to provide assistance when and where our clients need it, whether at our place or theirs.
